Return window

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

How to return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Faulty or incorrect items

Report faulty, damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We will review your request and reply with the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 working days after we receive your return, to your original payment method.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe and will appear on your card statement as VANCUONGECOM.
